• The estimator applies the discount to its professional-fee calculation automatically; final eligibility and the discount period will be confirmed in the written quote.
• If the agreed scope later changes, new or additional work will be priced and any applicable discount confirmed in writing.
• The offer has no cash alternative and cannot be applied retrospectively to fees already agreed or invoiced.
